Cool Innovations' leading line of pin fin heat sinks has been expanded to offer a broader range of aluminum and copper solutions for miniature, moderate and large Surface Mount devices.
Available heat sinks range from a footprint of 0.27" x 0.27" to a footprint of 2.0" x 2.0" and from an overall height of 0.15" to 1.7".
